Our culture is built on a passion to improve the lives of people with rare diseases.
We believe this culture is essential for achieving our shared vision and providing a workplace where our people can thrive.
Evolve understands that investing in our employees increases our ability to achieve our vision.
Meet the Team
“My work is on the forefront of industry trend, best practices, and the displacement of older technologies with new approaches. My contribution isn’t just a job to me, it is a responsibility to ensure our process delivers the highest quality product to the increasing number of people that need them.” David Miller, Senior Director, R&D
David has over 28 years experience in Biopharmaceutical process development, of which 15 years has been in Plasma and joined the team in September 2015.
We believe that focus is essential for achieving our vision and providing a workplace where our people can thrive.
Our culture is defined through a series of four Shared Beliefs:
We put people with rare diseases at the center of our work, strive to make a meaningful difference, and perform at a consistently high level.
Employee engagement built on trust
We put our expertise to work, maintain standards of leadership and ethics, and continuously grow personally and professionally.
Fanatical focus on execution
We focus on our purpose, maintain effective tools to track progress, and keep the commitments we make to ourselves and others.
Magnet for top talent
We attract the best people by rewarding and recognizing impact, valuing opinions, and continually striving to be better.
Evolve Biologics incentivizes our people in a manner that’s consistent with our vision and culture, ensuring that employees are valued for both the work they do and the way they do it.
We offer a competitive compensation structure, health and dental benefits, life and disability insurance coverage and opportunities for professional growth for all employees.
Work-life balance is very important to us, which is why we offer employees three weeks of vacation to start, access to an Employee Assistance Program, a healthcare spending account, and social events—just to name a few.
